As our collars are slip-on, they do not open or close and so we recommend measuring your dog first before placing an order. 

Measure as shown below and we will accommodate accordingly the size of the beads and hardware - ensure it is a snug fit.

Also, please note that some soft measuring tapes (especially the retractable ones) does not immediately start at zero and usually has a gap at the beginning before you see the "0" number.
